This tutorial is for users who have signed up for support forums.
Please note that service support is not indefinite, it is usually 6 or 12 months from the time you purchase the theme, depending on your choice when purchasing it. It means that your support license was expired if you see the expired notice.
Please renew your support license by the 2 steps. Then you can continue to add support request ticket.
Step1: Renew support on ThemeForest
- Log in your ThemeForest account and go to your “Downloads” page.
- The downloads section displays a list of all the items purchased using your account.
- Click on “Renew support now! or “Extend now” next to the item you wish to renew the item support for and that’s it!

Step2: Add or Update purchase code on support forum
Please go to your profile setting page: https://www.seatheme.net/forums/users/your-user-name/edit/
Click Update after the purchase code. (or find to click it following the below screenshot)
Normally, the purchase code will not be changed after renewing or extending support license, but you should still click the Update.
The support license is successfully updated If you can see the green text tips(below screenshot):
