If there isn’t the Excerpt input box on the sidebar, please click the 3 dots icon at the right-top corner, click Preferences at the bottom of the setting panel.
Activate Excerpt, the Excerpt input box will display on the sidebar.
Please enter content into the Excerpt input box, the excerpt will show on blog(list) page:
It automatically displays the first 20 words of the content if it Excerpt is empty.
