You will find the Privacy Policy in Pages, you could edit it with your own content.
Please go to “Arnold Theme > Theme Options > Privacy and Cookies” tab:
Activate “Message below comment form”, the consent checkbox will be shown below the comment box.
You could enable the “Cookie Consent Message Bar”, set the position and style.
